Ernestas is leading the IAM organization in SEB Baltic – Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian banks. Having more than 10 years of experience in the IAM domain, he calls himself a pioneer of digital technology, which enables significant improvement in the realization of an organization’s objectives. He is a certified information technology professional with his main professional designations being: ITIL v4 Master, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Microsoft Certified Security Engineer. Ernestas has expert knowledge in Digital Identity, GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance), Business Process Management, IT Strategy, and Digital Transformation.

Nicklas is a security architect typically involved in security blueprints, assessments, defining security practices and providing advice on security design and configurations. When problem solving, he emphasizes both the importance of communication and room for creativity, in addition to use of technical experience. Nicklas also holds a CISSP certification.

After working in IT for over 25 years, Sarah has become the CISO of Tivoli, a Danish amusement park. Her experience spans from IT support over Security Program Management to IT security.

Over the years, Sarah has been involved in multiple IAM implementations. She specializes in using her knowledge of the human brain and behavioral sciences to gain traction and engagement during the implementation and rollout of IT security controls.

IAM Product Manager, Region Midtjylland

Inge Broberg Kristiansen has more than 18 years of experience working with IAM in Central Denmark Region within the government and healthcare sector. Inge’s focus has been on processes, organization, functionality, governance, and security. As an IAM product manager, Inge acts as a link between strategy, users, and technology to support the work of the business as best as possible with it-solutions.

Manager IAM Governance, DSV Global Transport and Logistics

Grzegorz Nawrocki is an IT Compliance professional passionate about Identity and Access Management. Historically he was responsible for SAP ERP access management and knows the day-to-day struggles of defining strong identity and access management processes. He is currently heading up the IAM Governance team in DSV – Global Transport and Logistics, reporting directly to the CISO. His focus is on defining enterprise-level requirements towards secure IAM workflows.

Identity and Access Management Global Product Manager, If Insurance

Since 2021 Mihails has been managing the portfolio of customer and partner identity related services across If P&C Insurance – the largest insurance group in the Nordic countries with operations also in the Baltics. From 2016 he has triggered and led the project to establish a smooth, centralised and both legally and technically well-justified corporate e-signing service across If group. Prior to joining If P&C Insurance, for 4 years Mihails worked as a commercial director, also wearing the hat of the e-signature product owner of the national certification authority in Latvia, delivering qualified trusted services to the population, corporates and public authorities.

Renowned for driving transformative change in digital customer experience and IAM areas, Sushant’s expertise extends across various facets of enterprise systems, from business and data to applications and technology architectures. He thrives on conducting meticulous IT Gap assessments, crafting digital roadmaps, and designing solutions that empower organizations to navigate the complexities of modern business. Additionally, Sushant plays a pivotal role as a core member in building the IAM Tech foundation at IKEA and has made significant contributions to the rollout of CIAM solutions within the organization.

CISO, Financial Services Company

Daniela is not your typical cybersecurity expert. She holds a Master’s Degree in Communication and Cultural Studies and an Executive Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity, which give her a unique perspective on the diverse challenges and opportunities – as well as on the cultural and social implications – of the digital world. She also holds the CISSP and CISM certifications. She is currently the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for a company that offers digital credit solutions and deferred payment method integrations in the Dutch market.

Daniela is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with others and is committed to raising consciousness about the importance of cybersecurity. She is an active participant in the Dutch cybersecurity community, contributing to forums and organisations that promote cybersecurity best practices.

Peter Jervgren has more than 10 years of experience in designing and implementing identity and access management solutions for various industries, such as banking, healthcare, and manufacturing.

Peter is in charge of developing and maintaining the core components of an IAM platform, such as the identity provider, the policy engine, and the audit module. He also manages the integration of our IAM platform with other systems and applications, ensuring that they follow the best practices and standards for security and privacy. Peter is always keen to learn new technologies and share his expertise with the rest of the team.

Ranging from consultancy and advisory work to technical pre-sales, Hans-Robert has a wealth of experience and understands the underlying business issues and complexity associated with the security and Identity Governance challenges that businesses face in today’s complex market. Hans-Robert is the Identity Strategist in EMEA. He has been with SailPoint for over ten years and was a part of the original team that built out the EMEA region.

Miska Laakkonen, Head of IGA and PAM Business at Nixu, a DNV Company, has got over 15 years of experience in various IAM-related roles, ranging from consultancy to business management. Throughout his career, Miska has spearheaded internationalization efforts in the companies he has been a part of, focusing on technology development, product management and business development. Currently, he is leading the expansion of Nixu’s IGA and PAM service offerings into new market areas.
