Adem Dal is an accomplished professional in Information Technology, specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM). With a career since 2011, Adem has held diverse roles within IT, evolving from onsite support engineer to global lifecycle coordinator, and ultimately becoming IAM Architect. Throughout his journey, Adem has shown a keen understanding of IT infrastructure, contributing to security enhancement. His expertise shines in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), where he has dedicated efforts to implement and optimize MFA systems. Currently Architect for Identity and Access Management at B.Braun SE, Adem Dal ensures robust security protocols. Adem’s passion for technological advancements is evident in his work. As an IAM Architect, he brings experience and knowledge, playing a crucial role in securing digital identities and access controls. Adem Dal’s commitment to the ever-evolving field of IT showcases his resilience and adaptability, making him a notable figure in IT sector.

Mark has more than 10 years experience in designing digital services for start-ups and larger organisations, mainly in the finance industry. Bringing structure in a complex world is what he likes to do. While keeping the focus on the end user, he is always looking for the right balance towards business needs and technical possibilities.

Architect, KPN

Bram has been working in the IT sector since 2008 and he is an identity consultant since 2010. His main area of expertise is technical identity and access management with a focus on security. Driven by his own interests Bram is able to continually expand his security knowledge. Bram is able to design and implement complex Identity and access management, cloud identity management, private key infrastructure, penetration testing frameworks and security design frameworks.

Bruno has been immersed in the IAM world for more than 7 years, where he has implemented IAM solutions in Nestle, International Olympic Committee and now at Roche. He is responsible for the overall strategy for Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions, with an external user portfolio of more than 1 million customers worldwide.

Shashi Prakash Singh
IAM Architect, ABN AMRO Bank N.V.

Shashi P Singh, prior to joining ABN AMRO Bank, has worked in the R&D department of product-based companies like Philips, Verisign, RSA Security, Siemens, and Harman.

He comes with deep technical know-how in the Identity & Access Management space. He has in-depth skills in key management, authentication, authorization, encryption, Identity federation, and application security. He also comes in with rich experience in design as well as the implementation of complex IAM solutions enterprise-wide.

In addition, Shashi brings to the table hard negotiation skills which are key to ensuring Security is understood and taken up in the desired way for a product.

Manjir is the technical Product Owner on IAM interfaces both technical and non-technical spanning the paradigm of project planning, IT strategy, IT roadmap and overall IAM management working closely with individual development teams and higher management for creating Nuuday’s IAM roadmap, implementation strategy, and design blueprint. He is
involved in all customer-facing channels protection web and mobile including both consumer, business and dealers, and creating Joiner/Mover/Leaver/ retainer/termination life cycle management for enterprise employees. He is also responsible for End to End API security orchestration based on various Gateway technologies along with Service Mesh sidecar (east-west orchestration).

Martin Sandren
IAM Product Lead, IKEA

Martin Sandren is a security architect and product lead with over twenty years of experience of various information security related roles. Primarily focused on security architecture and digital identity including global scale customer, privileged and employee IAM systems using Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Sailpoint, saviynt, Forgerock, IBM and Oracle security stacks.

Experience includes architect, onshore and offshore team lead as well as individual developer. Wide international experience gained through having lived and worked in Sweden, Germany, UK, USA and the Netherlands. Martin is a frequent speaker at international conferences such as Consumer Identity World, MyData and European Identitiy and Cloud Conference.

In his role as IAM lead at Inter Ikea, Martin is responsible for creating an IAM system that enables our coworkers to deliver a better everyday life for the many people as well as ensuring smooth delivery of meatballs and billys across the world.

Martin Sandren is a board member of the IdNext foundation, founder of the Digital Identity Amsterdam meetup and active within IDPro.

Aditya, an IoT Lead Solution Designer at Vodafone, is responsible for transforming Identity and Access Management (IAM) for the Vodafone’s IoT Platform. With over 20 years of experience in IoT Products & Security, IAM, Enterprise Mobility Management, Networks, and BSS/OSS domains, he is a recognized expert across a wider range of technology and has a deep understanding of the industry. His primary responsibility is to design and drive IAM integrations with customers, and he is also responsible for the overall strategy for IAM solutions.

Anette Lavu is a fairly new solution driven Service Manager with a technical and down to earth mindset. Decision making under pressure and learning new skills make her thrive. She has been part of Valmet’s IGA tool implementation project as a Migration Lead and in 2021, she was promoted to IAM Service Manager. Since then, she has been continuously improving the service, it’s monitoring and efficiency, taking new capabilities into use as well as acting as a Project Manager, organizing end user trainings regularly. On top of the regular service management tasks, Valmet’s acquisitions and rapid business needs has kept her developing the service even further to gain smooth and automated processes.
