Purvi Kay is a Chartered Aerospace Engineer with 14 years of experience in various Government Departments and the UK Intelligence Community. The last 10 years Purvi has been working as a Senior Leader in Cyber Security with her current role being in the Home Office as Head of Cyber Policy. Purvi has extensive experience in dealing with complex and high priority National Security issues and leading security teams to deliver positive security outcomes.

Purvi has a keen interest in embedding a security culture within organisations and is passionate about developing the right talent pipeline of security professionals, ensuring they are empowered and equipped with the necessary career and learning and development frameworks to progress their security careers successfully.

Purvi is an active mentor for security professionals and an influential advocate of diversity and including across the Civil Service.
