G-Cloud sales rise in local government

Data released by the Government Digital Service, shows that G-Cloud framework sales since April have risen by 10%. The figure stands around £13.1 millon, up from £11.9 million, but local government still makes up a small portion of the overall spend of £217m.

Director of Digital Commercial Programme, Tony Singleton said, “It is important to remember that G-Cloud is more than just about sales”, although he welcomed the fact that G-Cloud sales had broken the £200m mark.
