Will UK citizens be more attractive to hackers post-Drip law?

The Data Retention and Investigatory Powers (Drip) bill that was recently cleared by the House of Lords will make the communications data of UK citizens much more attractive for cyber criminals, an expert within the field has warned.

It may spread the UK data across the world as a consequence, Dr Adrian Davis, European Director of (ISC)2 claims, an association of info-sec professionals.
