Public demands more from digital services

The local authority sector annual review from consultancy firm PriceWaterhouse Cooper has been released, and it claims that 75% of council leaders and 61% of chief executives believe that they are confidently embracing the digital revolution.

But on the other side of this, the public when asked the same question, returned a 29% response. Giving the impression that the public demands much more of the local authorities moving forward.

Public Sector Enterprise ICT will take place 11th November at the Hotel Russell, London. Register to discuss the Government’s digital transformation in more detail. This event is free to public sector professionals.
