Dr Gilad Rosner
Digital Identity, Privacy and Regulatory Consultant

Dr. Gilad Rosner is a digital identity, privacy and regulatory consultant, and Data Protection Officer. Gilad is a published academic, and his research has been used by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, the UK Verify.gov programme, and the Welsh Government.

Gilad is a member of the UK ICO Technology Advisory Panel, was part of the Privacy Guidelines Expert Group of the OECD, and is an expert on the regulation of digital identity. He is a Visiting Researcher at the Horizon Digital Economy Research Institute, and he founded the non-profit Internet of Things Privacy Forum. Gilad consults on and researches a broad range of issues including the GDPR, digital wallets, age assurance, emotional AI, children’s privacy, biometrics, and de-identification.

Head of Data, Royal National Lifeboat Institution

Dr. Sam Prodger is the RNLI’s Head of Data Operations and Applications, with a focus on leveraging new data sources to support the Charity’s lifesaving and fundraising efforts, as well as looking at how to run their applications and development of Product way of working.  He is also a volunteer lifeboat crew for the same organisation, so he can see first-hand how data can be used to support the RNLI’s search and rescue efforts.

Head of Data and Insights, YouView TV

Vidhya leads the Data and Insights function at YouView TV. She is responsible for enabling YouView and its B2B customers to drive innovative viewer experiences with at-scale behavioural and operational performance data. She started her career as a data scientist in 2009, did a PhD part-time and progressed to leading large customer experience-centric data programmes. She is an inventor on 24 patents and applications. She has won several national awards for her achievements and STEM community outreach activities. Vidhya is passionate about figuring out data solutions to business problems, working towards driving organisational culture change in data adoption across all parts of its lifecycle, from creation to exploitation.

Edie joined Clear Channel in February 2019 as a Planning Executive with a keen interest in audience data. Coming from a statistical background, Edie completed her undergraduate degree in Politics and Quantitative Research Methods as well as recently completing her Masters in Government, Policy, and Politics.
