Max Heinemeyer
Director of Threat Hunting, Darktrace

Max is a cyber security expert with over a decade of experience in the field, specializing in a wide range of areas such as Penetration Testing, Red-Teaming, SIEM and SOC consulting and hunting Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) groups. At Darktrace, Max oversees global threat hunting efforts, working with strategic customers to investigate and respond to cyber-threats. He works closely with the R&D team at Darktrace’s Cambridge UK headquarters, leading research into new AI innovations and their various defensive and offensive applications. Max’s insights are regularly featured in international media outlets such as the BBC, Forbes and WIRED. When living in Germany, he was an active member of the Chaos Computer Club. Max holds an MSc from the University of Duisburg-Essen and a BSc from the Cooperative State University Stuttgart in International Business Information Systems.

Harvey works within the EMEA commercial team supporting a wide range of markets whilst collaborating with Precisely’s rich partner network in the UK and Ireland. Harvey’s responsibilities include supporting clients in identifying data strategy projects and learning how best to implement digital transformation initiatives. Harvey has built up experience guiding organisations on the Data Integrity journey with a deep understanding on the location intelligence element in particular. Originating from the Pitney Bowes Software and Data acquisition, Harvey has a great understanding of location intelligence and the power that location data can hold when visualised and leveraged in meaningful ways. Harvey has supported a variety of clients, from Central Government bodies implementing full data quality solutions, to insurance organisations looking to enrich their geocoding and location accuracy across their many platforms. Outside of Precisely, Harvey is a keen sportsman and plays lacrosse for a local team within London.

From running street teams to making a music documentary, Christine spent most of her adolescence deeply entrenched in the music industry and went on to receive an undergrad degree in Music Business, followed by an MBA in Marketing and a Master’s in Data Science.

She managed to combine all of her passions into roles consulting and working with various music start-ups, venues, festivals, radio stations and labels bridging the gap between music, data & business.

Originally from Baltimore, MD, USA, Christine spent 2 years in Stockholm most recently as the Head of Data & Insights for Universal Music Sweden and now calls London home working as the Director of Data & Insights for Global Marketing at Warner Music Group, where Christine use data to tell stories & help guide our artist’s journeys.

Prior to Albert Heijn, Sanne worked as a data science consultant at Macaw. She worked with clients in various industries, inventing, designing, and building real-world applications of advanced analytics and machine learning. Before that, she worked as a data analyst/scientist for Eneco group, focusing on data management and predictive maintenance.

Sanne holds a PhD in Neurosciences from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. She has always been passionate about data, statistics and math. She is driven to create solutions that are understood and trusted and add value to the organization.

Research Data Scientist Specialist, Dunnhumby

Dr David Hoyle has nearly 30 years’ experience in statistical and mathematical modelling.

After gaining a PhD in Theoretical Physics he embarked on an academic career that included research at the University of Cambridge and leading his own machine learning research groups at the University of Exeter and the University of Manchester.

For the last 10 years he has worked in the private sector, including for Lloyds Banking Group, and AutoTrader UK – where he was joint Head of Data Science. He now works for the customer data science company dunnhumby, where he builds statistical and machine learning predictive models for the world’s largest retailers.

Irene is a Senior Data Scientist at the UK recipe kit company Gousto.

She has been at the company for almost 5 years and has focused on using Data Science to help offer customers meaningful choice. This has involved building products such as a recommendation engine and a menu optimisation algorithm.

Prior to joining Gousto, she completed her PhD in Computational Chemistry at Imperial College London. She is also currently doing an MSc at UCL exploring the uses of Data Science in the Cultural Heritage field.
