Martin is a solicitor and partner in an international insurance law firm, Kennedys Law LLP.

Having first become interested in data when using it to inform his legal practice, he has subsequently turned to how data can drive and inform business operations, innovation and relationships with clients. In doing so Martin has become a translator between data professionals/innovators and lawyers and insurers.

In 2021 Martin was recognised by Data IQ as one of the 100 Leaders in data, whilst admitting that he is not very good at using Excel.
