24 Percent of Councils Have No Plan For Digital Services

A study by IT services provider Eduserv has brought to light the fact that just short of one in four local government organisations have no plan to bring their services online. Many local authorities such as Camden Council are improving services and saving money through their own digital strategies, despite the fact that local government services are not covered under the Digital by Default strategy.
